Our Board of Directors is a dedicated group of volunteer neighbors who were elected to serve our community through leadership, transparent governance, and a commitment to preserving the Wissler Ranch lifestyle.Â
Roles & Duties
President
The President provides leadership for the neighborhood, presiding over all meetings and signing legal documents to keep our association running smoothly.
Vice President
The Vice President supports the President and assumes duties in their absence.
Board Director
A Director serves as a representative for the membership, participating in critical decision-making and contributing to the long-term vision of our community.
Design Review Committee Chair
Oversees architectural standards and maintains community aesthetic harmony.
DRC Committee
The Design Review Committee Chair leads the architectural review process, ensuring all property improvements align with our aesthetic guidelines and standards.
Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining the Association’s common areas and amenities

Preparing and overseeing the annual budget and setting regular assessments

Approving and managing contracts, vendors, and community services

Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for Association property and operations

Administering water, utility, and other shared community services
-
Adopting and enforcing reasonable covenants, conditions, rules, and policies
-
Reviewing architectural applications and enforcing design guidelines
-
Addressing covenant violations through fair and consistent procedures
-
Communicating with homeowners and providing required Association records and notices

Acting in the Association’s best interests and complying with governing documents and applicable Colorado law
